1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting information, purchasing services, or engaging Your Story, Your Soundtrack™, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Your Story, Your Soundtrack™ provides personalized creative services, including but not limited to:
All projects are custom-created based upon information provided by the client.
3. Creative Nature of Services
Clients acknowledge that music and storytelling are creative and subjective processes.
While we strive to create meaningful and personalized work, artistic interpretation remains part of the creative process and exact expectations cannot be guaranteed.
Each project is unique and individually crafted.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide:
Project delays caused by incomplete information, delayed responses, or changes in project direction may impact estimated timelines.
5. Project Inquiry & Response Time
We strive to review new submissions and respond within approximately 2–5 business days.

We reserve the right to decline projects at our discretion.
6. Project Completion Timeline

7. Revisions
Each package includes a limited number of revision rounds.
A revision round consists of a single consolidated list of requested changes submitted by the client.
Signature Song™
Includes up to 2 revision rounds.
Story Collection™
Includes up to 2 revision rounds.
Life Soundtrack™
Includes up to 3 revision rounds.
Revision requests may include:
Revision rounds apply to the project as a whole and are not provided on a per-song basis.
Revisions do not include:
Additional revision rounds may be available for $95 per revision round.
8. Client Approval
Upon final approval and delivery, the project shall be considered complete.
Any future modifications requested after project completion may be treated as a new project or billed separately.
9. Pricing
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Founding Client pricing is limited and available only while designated spots remain available.
Future pricing may increase without notice.
10. Payment
Payment is required before creative work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Projects may be paused, delayed, or canceled if payment is not received.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
11. Refund Policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our services:

After Creative Work Begins
Payments are generally non-refundable.
Completed Projects
Completed custom projects are not eligible for refunds.
We encourage clients to carefully review all submitted information before approving project commencement.
12. Ownership of Client Materials
Clients retain ownership of:
Clients represent that they have the legal right to submit all materials provided.
13. Permission to Use Submitted Names, Places, and Story Details
Clients authorize Your Story, Your Soundtrack™ to reference, incorporate, and creatively adapt the names, nicknames, locations, events, memories, dates, relationships, and story details submitted by the client for purposes of creating the requested project.
Clients represent that they have the right to provide such information and are responsible for ensuring that submitted details may be used in connection with the project.
If a client does not want certain names, places, events, or personal details included in lyrics, titles, descriptions, artwork, or related creative materials, the client must clearly identify those restrictions in writing before creative work begins.
Your Story, Your Soundtrack™ is not responsible for including details that were submitted by the client unless the client specifically instructed us not to use them.
14. Ownership of Final Deliverables
Upon full payment, clients receive a personal-use license for the completed project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Commercial licensing opportunities may be available separately.
15. Copyright
All original lyrics, music arrangements, soundtrack concepts, branding materials, website content, graphics, and creative works remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Your Story, Your Soundtrack™ intellectual property.
16. Portfolio and Marketing Rights
We respect the personal nature of our clients’ stories.
We will not publicly share:

17. AI-Assisted Creative Tools
To provide efficient and innovative services, projects may involve the use of:

18. Limitation of Liability
